Sankaran Sai Kumar, co-founder of VREP Construction & Consultants, is a mechanical engineer with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as the first employee of Pepsi India in Bangalore, his leadership has driven VREP to excel in safety, precision, and exceptional project execution, consistently completing projects within the stipulated time, cost, and quality parameters. Sai Kumar has received numerous awards for his outstanding contributions, including the Pepsi International Quality Award. His strategic vision and commitment to fostering an ecosystem of trust and respect have established VREP as a leader in building top-tier factories, warehouses, and industrial infrastructure.

Shagun Kohli
Shagun is a seasoned architect with over 9 years of experience, specializing in industrial and interior design projects focusing on sustainable practices. She graduated from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and has since successfully designed numerous spaces, integrating the latest trends and green building techniques. As the Head of Design and Administration, Shagun excels in refining details and innovating designs to ensure that each project meets and exceeds client expectations. Her deep commitment to detail allows her to bring designs to life, contributing significantly to client satisfaction. Versatile in her approach, Shagun plays a critical role in aligning architectural design with overall business strategy, ensuring smooth project execution and outstanding results.
B. Muthusamy
B. Muthusamy is the Director of operations at VREP Construction and Consultants Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 35 years of experience in Multidisciplinary Engineering projects, including infrastructure development. He has worked with leading organizations such as L&T, Gammon, Gulf Housing (Qatar), Ford India, Bovis Lend Lease and TNRDC. Implemented projects for NHAI and TNRDC, specializing in roads, highways, and bridges. Known for delivering projects on time and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, Mr Muthusamy is an expert in project management and quality execution. At VREP, he leads operations, ensuring every project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards
Pradeep Kumar
Pradeep Kumar is a mechanical engineer with an M.Phil from IIMC and 30 years of experience in project and manufacturing technology in the food and Brewery industry. He has successfully led significant projects across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South Africa, supplying major retailers and brands like NDDB, Glaxo, Schreiber Foods, and Coca-Cola. His expertise includes a wide range of products such as aseptic, PET, and carton packaging, various beverages, dairy products, and chilled and frozen foods, as well as brewery items. Pradeep Kumar is a certified PMP (2020) from the Project Management Institute, USA, and a long-standing member of the Society of Dairy Technology.

During her career with VREP, she was entrusted with the responsibility of heading the Finance, HR, Admin and Strategic Planning sectors. Some notable executions include the Design and execution of the Innovation centre labs for multinational companies in the NCR.
