A civil works project which included complete shop floor building with hi-tech flooring and mezzanine for storage. The utilities, admin area, canteen, toilet, Roads, water tanks, and other infrastructure were included as well in the execution of this project.
One of the main challenges of this project was that it was completed successfully during the Chennai Floods.
