Area covered is about 29000 sqm, about 7acers of land area has been utilized to create a pond which will help collecting the rain water from roofs and stored in the pond of about 1.5 Lakhs KL , which will help during the summer for utilization. This pond are called summer pond non perlucated , this reduces water flooding during rain also collecting directly from the roofs filtered and taken to pond.
